We give you a call to let you know your watch has arrived safely. It is then booked into our database. Your watch is given a barcoded job card which enables the watch to be tracked throughout it's journey through the various departments.
Your watch is completely dismantled and the movement is cleaned in our specialist machines.
Whilst your watch is being serviced, the case and bracelet of your watch are cleaned and polished (where applicable).
Having been cleaned, the watch movement parts are dried and the movement is reassembled. The movement is lubricated and any worn or damaged parts are replaced.
If your watch is a waterproof model, the seals are replaced and the water-resistancy is tested and guaranteed to the manufacturers specification.
The functions of the movement are tested and the timing is regulated. The watch is subject to our rigourous quality control (QC) procedure.
Once your watch has passed QC, we will call you to say your watch is ready for despatch.
Your watch is guaranteed for 1 year.
Watches under the Swatch umbrella (Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot) have a 2 year guarantee.
